So I'm not usually one to judge a service on one visit, but based on the amount of money I spent for one night, I felt I should clarify my poor rating.
The hotel, as explained by the customer service staff during our check in, just opened this past July. The lobby and room was clean. The staff were informative when we arrived with our questions. Check in was a breeze.
However, since we arrived late and tired from our road trip, we decided to order room service. It's done through the app QR code on the TV. Delivery was quick. But it was delivered in a take out box instead of plates. We ate our meal out of take out boxes with plastic forks and knives. No condiments provided. Not cool.
Secondly, the pillows have plastic zippers on the covers. Found out when I scratched my back while turning over.
Now I'm being picky here, but the TV channel selection didn't show the Blue Jay game 3 in the ALDS. Minor point but notable.
