Hockey kids group was playing loud games in the hallway disturbing the peace I was hoping for. Breakfast staff abruptly closed the door sharp at 10 am, despite they had lots of food left. I had to push my way thru to get some cold eggs and sausage.

The kids running up and down the hallway playing hockey and screaming was super annoying! I will not book this hotel again because of it. My daughter was two floors above me and had the same issues. She called the front desk twice and no one did anything about it.

The staff did their jobs well. Our room was quiet even though we were the first room nearest the elevator. Also, my daughter and family were coming a day later. I asked the front desk if they could put them on the same floor as us and they did better and put them in the room next to us. The pool area was very clean but the pool water wasn’t warm enough. Young children were shivering in the pool and lips turning blue. Also breakfast food wasn't warm enough. Instead of separate containers for the eggs, meat & potatoes it was all in one serving container. If it had been in three separate containers, the lids wouldn’t have been off as long and the food would’ve stayed warmer. On a plus side the breakfast staff were very helpful and accommodating. Overall, we will definitely stay there again when in Ottawa.

Terrible breakfast for paying 257$ for 1 night. Cold eggs, uncooked hashbrowns, plastic bacon. Coffee not even close to the food. Shower was not up to par. No Shower mat to step onto to. Flimsy handle, not hot, material shower curtains. No luxury details for 300$ a night.

Decent hotel when we are visiting relatives in the area. Staff are kind and pleasant. Beds are comfortable and the room is clean. The air-con/heat is a little loud - it does not bother me because I wear ear plugs to sleep anyway. Toiletries provided are okay, but the smell is a bit too strong for my subjective taste.
