Valet parking was a joke and unorganized. On departure I struggled to get my bags out the door as Valet stood there and watched me (another quest had to help me). The room had paper thin adjoining doors and we could hear the people next door all night! At best a three star hotel and overpriced. Is this really a Fairmount hotel??

Every staff member is friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and classically charming. The bed was very comfortable too. Zoe’s offered good service and food. I think they would benefit from a larger dinner menu though. Great stay!
