I liked how it was a quick check in and the extra blanket we needed was delivered without any issues. The only thing they need to improve is the coffee in the room. I’ve stayed at the Hard Rock and they offer Nespresso which is so good. We ended up buying coffee outside of the hotel .

The staff is super friendly and kind. The restaurant is good, their cocktail menu isn’t the greatest Honestly, they should just take their mocktail and add alcohol. The mocktails with alcohol added were awesome. It was the perfect location to walk and see many different things. Honestly, don’t even worry about having a car just walk around and enjoy the city of Ottawa.

The hotel was clean and staff very friendly and accommodating. The entrance door to the room could use an update though, it did not look sturdy. Everything else was very good. The underground parking is very useful and easily accessible.

Smallish room, but well designed. Great location with a subway entrance attached, but most tourist locations were close enough to walk to as well, but was great when it was pouring rain. Grocery store right across the street and a tim hortons attached to the hotel as well. Huge pool, good gym. The air conditioning didn't really get cool enough, during the heat wave there unfortunately. Bought everything else was clean and great.
