Clean rooms , friendly staff HOWEVER the bed in my room was so hard it made sleeping difficult. Every area contacting the mattress went numb within 10-15 min Arms / hips / shoulders numb. Toss and turn all night. literally one of the worst beds i have ever slept on. 10th floor room. Maybe better mattresses on other floors?

We booked specifically for the hot tub and didn’t know (and wasn’t told at check-in) that it was under repair. We would have stayed elsewhere. Also odd, musty-ish smell in room, had to buy air freshener. Starbucks was not open early enough on the weekends and didn’t offer the usual Starbucks breakfast options. I was really looking forward to that. Room was really spacious and clean though.
