The room was clean and the staff was obliging. When I realized there was no elevator I asked to change to a first floor room. My husband is not well. They obliged quite quickly. Later, however, we were almost made ill by the smell of marijuana in our room. Apparently, this hotel is used by companies for their workers and they don’t follow the rules re. smoking in the rooms. Not a good place to stay if you are going to the hospital the next day.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was nice to see a mini fridge and microwave in the room. The hotel was close to a number of places we wanted to go. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast buffet was a welcomed touch. It was nice to have something to eat before we headed back home in the morning.

The rooms were very clean but beds were not comfortable, noisy hallways at 1:00 am, wmployees shovelling outside our rooms very early in the mornings. Also heaters in rooms sounded like a motor starting through the night. Waking us up each time it kicked in.

Room spacious and clean. Friendly staff and easy check in. Hockey families had kids running and noisy in hallways until midnight while parents gathered in breakfast room. Breakfast area small and could not accommodate the sold out hotel. Kids everywhere. 2 floors, no elevator so if mobility issues, clarify ground level at reservation time. For convenience to the Arena, I would consider staying again and hope it isn’t a tournament weekend.

You’ll get what you pay for. Old hotel, the room cleaner woke us up, which she thought that we already checked out. Should have checked that from the front desk before waking us up. Breakfast area is so tight food is just okay.
