The staff here was hit or miss. Some were very kind, others were rather rude. The property itself is run down and dated. The pool and hot tub were grimy and a bit dirty. I didn’t feel clean in the room either. Our room was cleaned so half heartedly, it was disconcerting. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. Stay somewhere else unless you’re okay with staying somewhere that hasn’t been renovated since the 70s.

I was pleased with the large apartment style room. Was clean and comfortable. Balcony was nice as well. Hot tub jets weren't functioning, but still was nice to soak in. Pool was very nice. Parking is expensive, and for the price of the stay I feel breakfast should have been included. Excellent location for close by pubs/restaurants. We went to the Whales Bone and loved it!

The property is in excellent location in Ottawa. Great location for base for sightseeing, biking, dining, walkable to all POI. Quiet neighborhood. There was nothing I didn’t like about this hotel. The staff were polite and attentive to our needs. We arrived early, though our room wasn’t ready we were able to park on site. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had suite with full kitchen plus a kitchen table. The hotel was close to restaurants and Parliament Hill. We will definitely be back.

The parking garage was very low (6’-2”) we have a Chevrolet Silverado truck and it was very tight. The parking was also pricy at $38 a night. The rooms are very dated but the bed was comfy and the balcony was spacious

Room was very spacious, very little amenities, no tv in bedroom and tv in sitting room very small, A/C was not adjustable set at 20 degrees. There is no housekeeping o weekends unless requested. There is a bar/ restaurant attached to the hotel food choices are limited very limited and really not worth what you pay for it. There is carpet through out the entire hotel which is not the cleanest for air quality.

The location is superb, within walking distance to Parliament hill and major museums. Very close to grocery stores and the hotel is clean and comfy for families. The kid enjoys the swimming pool.
