Young lady at the Front desk was outstanding! Very helpful with multiple issues. I was travelling alone with my 4 young grandchildren and she went out of her way to assist. Excellent service. I stay in Ottawa 4-5 times a year and will definitely be back.

I've stayed here many times with my family, having a balcony in a city is amazing, as long as you don't mind walking, it's great for location, only a 10-15 minute walk to the Rideau Center & Market. The bed we had was not the most comfortable, but the pricing of the room could not be beat.

The bed is too soft. There are some areas that need to be clean like the bathroom baseboards.. there is heat in the bathroom. The bathroom fan work with timers. Some people were loud at night. It was difficult to find a parking the second day I was there. Not chance to check the pool or fitness area. The kitchen needs to be updated. I have been not using the kitchen . Only the microwave and kettle and the refrigerator to store my juice and milk. The stove is old and the kettle is too small for use with a family, barely it boils 3 cups of water. The tv is not smart I can not cast my movie. The area is close to many places like restaurants and stores. Safely to walk at night.
