Rooms are a little dated. But super clean. Great location. Great parking, underground and heated. Very quiet. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We’ve stayed twice and enjoyed it each time.

We heard so many mixed reviews, and some of the photos of the rooms made it look very dated, but we really liked our room and had a great stay. The beds were comfortable, the room was warm once we got the heaters going and everything worked well, including a good shower. The pool area and sauna felt like a nice treat, although the pool could have been a little warmer.

The staff was above helpful, their maintenance man was exceptional in putting together two (2) skate trainers that I had purchased (I asked the front desk to borrow a screwdriver and they indicated that they had a maintenance person on staff). Also I had an early morning flight and my room was ready on arrival…. Excellent hotel.

The property was clean and affordable. The pool and hot tub were excellent. The hotel restaurant had a happy hour from 3-6 and we took advantage of that perk. We weren't expecting a kitchen and separate bedroom in the room so that was a very pleasant surprise. We will be back!!

We booked a suite and it came fully equipped with appliances. Fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. On top of that, there were pots and pans, cutlery, dishes etc. Our stay was convenient and comfortable. The staff was courteous and caring.
