Terrazze di Carole is a down-to-earth apartment, located in the picturesque historic center of Ostuni, the White City of Puglia. Terrazze di Carole boasts a view from the highest terrace in the city, where you can admire suggestive sunsets where the sea meets the hill admiring the wonderful facades of the Gothic and Baroque churches. Spread over three levels, this exclusive apartment offers a perfect combination of modern comfort and historic charm, every detail is studied following a neutral color palette. An ideal place to relax, and breathe the authentic Apulian atmosphere.
A staircase leads to the first floor open-space living area with large sofa bed (which can be either double or converted into two and single beds) and TV, and a kitchen area equipped with every comfort with a peninsula and stools, and a service bathroom with shower.
Upstairs, the double bedroom features a large open shower that adds a touch of modernity and luxury. Two wooden washbasins give a warm and sophisticated atmosphere to the environment. The toilets are separated from the rest of the room, ensuring privacy .
From here you can access the small terrace where a patio shades the table to enjoy outdoor lunches and dinners , thanks to the kitchen area equipped with a stove and sink and the washing machine.
A spiral staircase leads to the top floor , the highest terrace equipped with a jacuzzi and sofa area in the shade of a patio .
Ostuni, is one of the most fascinating gems in Puglia. Located about 30 km from Brindisi airport, its center is a labyrinth of narrow paved streets, picturesque squares and fascinating panoramic views. Here you will find a wide choice of restaurants, cafes and shops offering local products and Apulian specialties. Supermarkets and other essential services are easily accessible, ensuring that all your needs are within reach .
The apartment is equipped with a transfer service from the car park, carried out through Apecar, which also includes the transport of luggage directly inside the house. The cost of this service is €25.00 .
The late check-in fee is optional. If you decide not to use it, we will send you instructions to access the property and meet you the next day. Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 20:00 and 00:00 is Euro 100.00 .
For those who wish to use the jacuzzi outside the scheduled opening period, there is an additional supplement.

Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and can be done up to the day before arrival. If this is not done, € 55.00 will be charged (check in fee).

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of € 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).
To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €10.00.
If the guest fails to dispose of waste upon departure, an additional fee of €200.00 will be charged.
After booking, guests will be asked to register on our website, entering the required information and signing a rental agreement, as required by Italian law.
Guests are kindly asked not to feed stray animals or allow them to enter the house.Any damage to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with this request will be considered the guests’ responsibility.
