The view from the Balcony was magnificent great quiet location, the only issue is the both chairs are so used that the material is riped which makes that part not appealing, however the rest was excellent!

We had a very nice 3 night stay at Ciliegia Villa. Check-in was very easy, the room was comfortable and clean and had an excellent view of the vineyards and orchards. The staff were very friendly, responsive and accommodating. We experienced car problems during our stay which required us to stay an extra night. We only needed to make 1 call and arrangements were made to accommodate our extra nights stay for which we were very appreciative.

Just a wonderful view of the lake in Osooyos. Absolutely spotless room and I love the location is out of the main area of town and you’re overlooking grapevines then the lake and cross is a large mountain. Beautiful.

This stay was a gem . Stunning setting with a balcony overlooking a vineyard and a view of the mountains . An absolute bargain. Check in instructions were clear . The jacuzzi was a pleasant surprise too. Would stay here again and again. And again !

We only met the cleaning staff. It's kind of weird to have a closed office, but the host is responsive once called. The entry cards to the suite were not great, that's why it would have been nice to have someone at the office. The location and views are brilliant, the beds are very comfortable and the suite is super clean. Some more comfortable chairs would have been a bonus. It was great to be located away from the downtown area which can get really busy. Yet it is only a two minute drive away.

This place came up on Expedia had a good price so we grabbed it. Didn't know what to expect. But when I walked in it was pretty amazing. The views of the valley were expansive there's a large soaker tub and deck. The place was clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed it.

Clean. Great view. Safe, good Parking for single car. No microwave in room and no staff at on-site office. Location is lovely and quiet but not within walking distance to the restaurants or services. Very long walk to somewhere with lake access. No pool on site. Furniture is warn and old.

We had a wonderful stay at Ciliegia Villa. The room and the location were even nicer than we expected—beautiful, peaceful, and a great base for exploring the area. There were just a couple of small things that kept it from being a perfect stay. When we arrived, the room was extremely hot, and the air conditioner wasn't able to cool it down for the first night. Keeping the curtains closed before guests arrive would likely make a big difference. We were also looking forward to using the advertised jacuzzi bathtub, but it took a very long time to fill, which made it less practical to enjoy. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Ciliegia Villa to others.

The property was awesome. Exactly what we needed. Super clean and the staff was helpful. What would take it to the next level is cleaning the drains in the bathtubs - they took a long time to drain. The light is out in one bathroom. And having some salt and pepper and cooking oil would be awesome. Thanks!
