Everything was awful! Pretty sure the motel provides shelter for the unhoused. Guests in the adjoining room who we didn’t know were smoking pot and cigarettes. Other guests found bed bugs, pretty sure we had dead bugs in the beds, and mattresses were all stained. Expedia should remove this motel from your site! We left, got a full refund and had to find a different hotel at 10:30 at night. Terrible experience.

Laminate floors in the bathroom make for a disgusting odour. Mattresses were horrifying and bed bugs were found… but was given a full refund.

The room was not clean, the pillows were old and clumpy, the bed was bot comfortable and the bathroom was neglected. Most of the light fixtures were not working properly and the fridge froze everything.

The room was dirty with coffee stains on the desk hair on the bathtub edge and paint chipped from corners and around baseboards. I would never stay there again and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Your staff were the redeeming portion of our stay. The rooms smelt terribly of smoke. If your evening night manager was not as calm and kind as he was, we would have filed a more serious complaint. We couldn’t stay our second night.

There were police officers, an ambulance rushing through the lobby. People (residents?) talking about an incident that happened in the morning. They were removing someone from their room on our floor. Entire hotel smelled like marijuana, smoke, people were cooking. Very outdated, shower didn't work. Beds were not queens - more like doubles. We ended up leaving, didn't feel comfortable or safe.

Second floor had at least 5 rooms where ppl found bed bugs. Room was in a general state of disrepair. Once we found out about the bed bugs on the second floor, I checked our mattresses. Absolutely filthy - strains (yellow and red).

Not someone to ever publicly complain about a resort but Dec 5th we had multiple rooms book for our cheer competition and multiple ppl found bed bugs in their rooms, on the comforter, in the sheets everywhere, also one mattress was put upside down on the bed to hide the cigarette burns in it. Front desk staff was so kind and refund all of us at 9pm at night but I would highly recommend avoiding this place as bed bugs are not easy to get rid of (also we were on the 2nd and 3rd floor) 211-215,213,206,220,217,309 and a few more rooms I can’t remember .
