The room itself was unclean. The floors were dirty, there was black mold in the bathroom and a rodent in the walls. You could see rodent urine and droppings along the walls. Multiple times we could hear the rodent scurring in the walls. When we mentioned this to front desk, she just said thank you for telling us. The internet password we received also never worked.

The rooms were not the cleanest, it was really in the details. Also, bedding and pillows were not great. Stains on sofa bed cushion (ew). We didn't feel comfortable and spent as much time out as possible. Location was great - many dining options and shopping too.

The staff at this hotel were very nice. However the room was to include two doubles and one was very small, and very uncomfortable—it had an obvious sag. This bed should be immediately replaced.

Arrived way too early. Was tired and needed a shower. The staff found me a room that had already been made up. Thank you. The room was superficially clean -- bedding, twoels, toilet, etc -- meaning that the housekeepming staff had done their job. And the bed was comfortable. But closer look showed dirt and hair in the corners, the back of the bathroom door was grimy, the carpet was green-brown so as not to show dirt. There was lingering stale smell ... maybe this was a smoker's room in the past. It needs a major refresh : new carpet, throrough cleaning and paint job.
