Dissappointing stay

Communication with the owner was not quick. Checkin information - was promised in advance but only came in 3 texts upon request the one re parking after a number of requests from us. Only place to sit was pictured sectional which is very hard and uncomfortable. Internet did not work for first 6 hours of our stay. TV, thermostat and devices could not work. Required many texts to finally get some resolution. Bedrooms in basement and towels damp due to humidity level in basement.
