The hotel and its rooms were very clean, and the staff were lovely. The breakfast included in the hotel stay was amazing and they changed the options everyday, one on day there was yakisoba, and on another there was curry with rice! All of the staff were very helpful and welcoming. The rooms had AC, a smart TV with streaming options and were decently sized, my only complaint would be the stiffness of the bed as it was very hard. The hotel is located just minutes away from the Dotonbori and tons of shopping streets and izakayas so this is an amazing spot!

So many choices for ‘Breakie’. If you have a western palate’ then breads, scrambled eggs, toast, croissant, apple juice & coffee. If you like asian breakfast, lots more choices. It was abundant and the ladies worked extremely hard to keep it replenished & clean. The lobby, hallways, and rooms were spectacularly clean. Loved the proximity to Dontonbori within walking distance. The nippombashi station is at the corner & you can walk the ‘ ENTIRE’ Namba walk from Nippombashi station to Namba station underground. Tons of shopping underground, regardless of temperature/weather. Then pop up to ground levels right at the famous ‘ Dontonbori’. Have fun & live your best life.
