Checked out 2 hours after arrival, after laying on the bed partner noted marks and severe itching with suspected bed bugs. Decided to book another hotel due to the condition of the room, on checkout all that was offered was then pushing a sign in our face that says no refunds.

We stayed for one night at this property. It is located within 10 minutes' walking distance from a train station. The property is very clean. Staff are around 24/7, with some who can communicate in English. Check-in is at a self-kiosk. The hotel provides guests with toiletries such as cleanser, lotion, cream, razor, comb, toothbrush, toothpaste, and bathrobes. Free breakfast is also provided but you have to let them know. They also offer luggage delivery but we had a mishap with that. Our luggage also didn't make it on time to Kyoto. Overall, good place to stay in Osaka.

The hotel and staff were wonderful. It’s still on the smaller side of what I’m used to in the States, but very clean and the breakfast was great. The only downside was the train station was 10 minutes away through some sketchy ally, but didn’t feel too bad as long as you’re walking with someone.

Property was very clean and staff was friendly. Very limited English speaking staff. The property is located directly next to the train tracks and a hospital, so between the train noise the the sirens, it is very noisy. The room was clean, but very tight. The bed takes up the entire room, so there is not much for space.

The property is too close to the train tracks and is very noisy. It is also very close to a hospital and your hear lots of sirens. Also there wasn’t anyone who could speak English.
