Overall, we had a decent experience staying here. The room was on the smaller end though this is pretty common for Japanese hotel room so that is not a problem. Location was convenient and easy find and they accept luggage storage. Only slight negative experience that we had - when we came back to retrieve luggage and check in, we provided the tag to staff and got our luggage easily. Then, they pointed us to go back over to the self-checkin. This is fine if they have every guest do self-checkin but while we were checking in on the machine, staff offered to help other guests check in (even though there were other machines available). We are not sure the reason for differential treatment is.

This hotel was in an excellent location for main tourist area in Osaka , with lots of restauarants within walking distance . Very helpul staff and good breakfast included in price . Compact rooms but perfectly adequate and great value for money.Would happily stay here again

Rooms were clean and tidy when arrived. Does get really humid but they have a dehumidifier that you can use in the room. The day the room was supposed to be cleaned, I noticed that my luggage was moved, bed not made, but towels replaced.

I got assigned to the second floor of the building. My room constantly having some toilet odor and I need to keep spamming refresher before I went out. The room is expected small, considering its location, is acceptable. However if you have 2 people, 2 small and 2 big luggage, you may need additional time to pack the luggage. I found moving ants on my bed, killed it without thinking much, but both me and my husband got bitten every night by unknown bugs. We tried the laundry machine, I guess it's the same for all other Inn and hotel as we stayed other hotel before this one and they all the same model. However, it doesn't seem to fully clean the clothes ( regular load ). The dryer mode can't dry the clothes properly ( clothes are really hot, but wet still) The only positive is the breakfast which is decent base on the price ( add on through Expedia )

The breakfast was disappointing compared to what other hotels offers. There is room for improvement. The food are often lacking and the staff around don’t seem too eager to refill. I would opt out the breakfast option if staying at this hotel. There are better options around the hotel. Staff are always friendly and offers wide variety of amenities.

Hotel in a prime location for Dotonbori and surrounding area. Staff were polite a d friendly which is very nice to see every morning and night. Rooms were a good size for a solo traveller.

Great location, a few mins walk from Shinsaibashi Shopping Street and Dotonbori. Few mins walk from train stations as well. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Room was clean but it was small. I went solo so it wasn’t too bad for me but if there’s more than two people, there will be little to no room to move around if you book the standard double room. Breakfast buffet was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
