Clean room, good breakfast, good location, helpful staff. Only issue, and this seems to be a problem at all Smile Hotels, the clothes dryers don’t work. You can leave your clothes in there for two hours and they’re still damp.

Really happy we stayed here. It was probably the best hotel we stayed in during our three week trip in Japan. Room was spacious compared to everywhere else that we stayed. Bed was comfortable, nice bathroom. Well located not far from Dotonbori area and not far from a metro stop. Also, was very close to a Yamato Transport store to ship our luggage to next destination. Would definitely stay here again!
