Hotel located next to the major shopping district of Osaka. The hotel was honestly as expected of a hotel in japan. Rooms arent too big. The biggest negative was our room had a very strong lingering cigarette smell, the window didnt close tightly so sometimes gets loud at night and we got unlucky towards the last 2 days with annoying loud tourist next door.

This place is good. What really makes this hotel great is the location. Everything is close by and easy to get to. The room is small and simple, but very clean and comfortable. The staff are nice and helpful, and the check-in/check-out process was super easy. It’s true that the amenities are limited, but it’s perfect if you just need a place to rest after exploring the city all day. They always had extra towels available, and the place was kept very tidy. Overall, a convenient and pleasant stay in a great area!

First of all, thanks to the staff that speaks english because they were very helpful from check in to check out. The cleanliness seemed fine at first but because we don’t get turn down service daily, you start to see the duvet and they had blood stains!! We just endured it and shared blankets until it was turned down and they still had stains! The restaurants are pretty far except for the family mart that was close to us. We ate at family mart most of the time because after a full day of walking, we just don’t want to walk another 20 minutes to eat. Overall, our experience is not the greatest and I will not book at this hotel again.

The hotel is nice and their staff was great, but the bathroom smelled like urine. We had to ask them to clean it. It was still not as clean as I was expecting. The toilet has some areas where dirt and nastiness stays. It doesn’t seem like it is being cleaned properly.

We chose this hotel because of its convenience to Dotonburi, so nice to walk a few blocks and be in the midst of bustling activities. We only got breakfast 1 of the mornings, and suggest booking it in advance. It's a bit of hassle to find a place to get breakfast. Very close to the metro station, lots of restaurants around. Highly recommend!

The hotel was very clean and quite spacious. The location is good as it's walking distances to most tourist, shopping and places to eat. The only thing I would say is if the hotel is busy the elevators can take very long.

Great location, very close to dotonbori st and subway. The hotel is very clean and reasonable spaces for the price. The only thing missing is the safety box to keep important things but in general we’re very happy with our stay

Wonderful Stay, would book again

Booked a 2-bed Smoking room by accident, the Hallways smelled but the room was good. Room had a air purifier which was a big help. The room was a good size, especially with all the luggage we had. Staff at front desk were Helpful and friendly. Overall good stay and would book again.
