This place was completely filthy and when I arrived for check in I was charged more money even though I asked way in advance if there would be any extra fees when I arrive and I was told no. So I would never stay here again. The beds were hard and they must have put 2 beds together which the center was poking up so it was very uncomfortable to even lay on there. Such a disappointment.

drove 6 hrs fr Hiroshima, found location, check in and parking easy. We had triple room, beds comfortable and amenities (toiletries and instant beverages plentiful). Only complaint is the step down from the bathroom cuz I am older… felt like being on a cruise ship! Our stay was pleasant and everything close by. Would stay here again!

Location is good but room very small

Location is good as it’s near train station n food street. However, the room is very cramp. It can hardly fit 2 luggages n very minimal waking space.

Unfortunately, out of all my visits and stays in Japan, this was the most disappointing place. I have travelled Japan a few times in the past, so I thought I was pretty ready for small rooms and bathrooms but this was beyond that. But the size wasn’t really an issue when I found trashes on the floor that previous guests left behind. Obviously, the room wasn’t cleaned. There were clothing tags and plastics on the floor and in a bin. As I dropped my belonging which went under a bed, I had to look under it (wasn’t a good idea) and saw various stuff there including a sock. We were so tired and it was really late when we checked in, so didn’t ask for the room changed anything. Instead we mentioned all this to the receptionist next morning when we were checking out and their manager came out and apologised sincerely (I felt that way anyways). It was nice of him doing that though, I won’t stay again.

Worth the price

The WiFi signal inside the room was extremely poor, and often interrupted. The staff was generally friendly. The location was excellent, just a few minute walk from the shopping streets and 15 minute walk to Namba, the core of the city.

It was very comfortable when I walked downtown with my child and came to the hotel. It was also convenient to travel to the deer park in Nara because it was close to the Kintetsu line. There was a convenience store opposite and next to it. As I reserved the remaining rooms of Golden Week, I reserved two nights for another type of room. I was stay in the same room for four nights. I was very happy to even provide early check-in service. There are also employees who can korean speak.
