Beautiful and clean hotel. It’s relatively new, nicely decorated and location was convenient. There was a water station on every floor with a jug in the room which was a thoughtful touch. Free coffee and drinks in the lobby was nice. The only thing that could be better was the weak water pressure in the room.

Very large washroom. But room lacks a proper working desk. That said the reception area includes lots of tables and free coffee and green tea. Lots of laundry machines. You wouldn't think you need them until you do.

I was sad to have to leave this hotel, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life! The staff are so welcoming and accommodating, the service is top tier! The cleanest, coziest room ever which was needed after long days of exploring. This hotel is a must in Osaka, I would only stay here in the future!

This hotel was by far a great place to stay. The accommodations included a complimentary drink station where you can get Pepsi, 7UP, coffee, hot lattes, cappuccinos to name a few from machines. For 500 Yen there is a wine dispenser that had 6 different wines to choose from. Tge floors were very quiet and we never once heard our surrounding neighbors and no running children or late night partiers as i believe Japanese culture rids of that. There was also washer/dryer combo for 700 Yen and no detergent necessary (takes 2.10 hrs). Smoking outside is looked negative, so there is a smoking room by the front desk. The rooms are perfect for sleeping but very small compared to USA hotel rooms. There are 3 train stations within a 10 min walk which makes it convenient. Nightlife-Dotonbori is only a 20 min walk and very safe to walk anytime in Japan. There is a 7-Eleven right across the street and coffee shops and McDonalds within 5 min walk. Thank you for making our trip enjoyable with the stay!!!!

This hotel was excellent. Check in was smooth and easy, the staff was absolutely amazing, and the room was really nice and comfortable. While a little snug, the balcony and beautiful bathroom make up for it. It was exactly what we needed, in a great area with tons of shopping and restaurants around, and I would certainly return when traveling to Osaka in the future.
