We picked this hotel as it was close to the event we were attending. It was a hassle getting in and out of the centre to the hotel. Normally a 40 min journey and 2 trains.

The hotel is great: the room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was also very helpful and attentive. We decided to include the breakfast with the room fee, and it was a wonderful choice: the wide range of choice is great, and everything is delicious. Highly recommended. Finally, the hotel is located close to two subway lines, New Tram and Cho, both of them at a short walking distance. There is also a convenience store in the building if you want a cheap meal. Would I come back? Yes, of course!

内装は良かったのですが、ベッドは硬いし 鉄骨が丸見えの為、景色も良くないし ティッシュ箱の補充がされていなかった為 1回鼻かんだらティッシュが無くなりました。 場所も駅から15分歩かないといけない場所にあります。 1番最悪だったのは、上の階なのかは分かりませんが、走り回る音が23時まで聞こえてかなりうるさかったです‼️ 朝もキャリーバッグを転がす音がして最悪でした。 ここのホテルはオススメしません‼️

良い点 ホテルの眺めやデザインはすごく素敵だったし、スタッフの方の対応もとても丁寧で親切でした。 悪い点 上記が素晴らしいだけに掃除があまり出来ていなかった点がとても残念でした。 忙しく、掃除にかけれる時間が少ないのかもしれませんが、高層ビルにあるホテルの為、窓を開けての換気も出来ないし、健康上とても良くなかったです。 室内とランドリールームにも綿埃が沢山ありました。 これは、スタッフのせいではなく、人数が足りていないのかもしれません。 せっかく素晴らしいスタッフの方々と眺めやデザインが素敵なホテルなので、そこを頑張って頂けたら嬉しいです。
