Staff at front desk are cheerful and very helpful. They speak good English as well. Location are good, and when I was in Osaka it rain and the hotel provided umbrella for customers' use. The poor thing is about the breakfast provided, paper dishes and cups are used which are so against the environmental protection. Also, staff there only responsible for food serving only, customers have to find their own table and seats, which were not so desirable and easy.

I loved the location of this hotel. Staff was helpful and helped us store our luggage before and after checkout. Breakfast was okay. Free shuttle to airport too limited and the time to drive too long. We opted to taxi , a 10 minute ride to train station where we took the express train to airport. Cost of train was about $13.00 and arrived in about 35 minutes.
