Step away from Dotonbori and Shinsaibashisuji, very convenient to shop and eat. The staffs are very friendly too, we dropped off the luggages before check in time, they helped us to bring into our room after we came back later.

Only complaint - the room was tight. Otherwise great value with breakfast included, tons of amenities, the machine-made matcha latte was excellent, some of the snacks were very useful and tasty as well, and the location is excellent also. The hotel in general was really good. The staff were amazing, and we really liked the variety of the food. The room was fine, but our main complaint was the air conditioning. Even though we set it to 20 degrees it was still very hot to sleep at night.
