The closeness to Dotonbori and metro station is very very convenient. Staff is super kind even if you don’t speak the language they try the best to help. The breakfast is simple but delicious and efficient. I would definitely stay again here

Great location but that brings with it quite a bit of noise and people around. 7/11 next door was perfect, accepted and assisted with luggage forwarding! Landry machines were useful for us but they only have two so prepare to wait or try doing washing at an odd time to catch them free
