The Hotel New Hankyu Osaka Annex is an excellent place to stay while in Osaka. It is conveniently located near lots of shopping, restaurants, and train/subway stations. Wonderful place to stay for a quick drop in. Clean, accessible and easy to trains and vibrant areas in Osaka. Trains are loud so I advise wearing earplugs to bed, other than that it was great!
