Room was clean and ready an hour before our offical check-in time, so they were able to accommodate us early. The spa and sauna in the women's public bath were in great shape and had toiletries available there. Check-in and check-out were seemless. I appreciated that they did offer luggage forwarding.

Room was clean, hotel was pleasant. Breakfast buffet was good. Only issue was the windows don’t appear to be double glazed and we were woken every night (of our 3 night stay) by loud motor bike traffic. This was disruptive but is beyond the control of the hotel. I am just noting it as it wasn’t suitable for a light sleeper.

I could have given four stars but for the fact that when we entered our room the air conditioner thermostat had been set at 25°C, which meant that the room was way too warm. I thought the temperature would come down if I turned it off but I was wrong; it made for a very uncomfortable night. The hotel extolls the virtues of saving energy and all that but this one act of overheating blew its credibility.

Breakfast variety was very nice. And they had enough tables to accommodate everyone quickly. Very clean serving area. Rooms are also very clean. They are quite small, but we did not spend that much time in the rooms.
