Very unhelpful

On check in, instead of taking all our information and then asking us to come back at 3pm, they just said to everyone to come back at 3. This meant that we had a huge long queue and they wouldn’t start taking our details till right on 3. We were also really disappointed that they refused to call us a taxi, and said it wasn’t possible at their hotel. We have stayed around the world in many hotels and have NEVER not been able to get a taxi. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Not impressed.

This place is filled with snob people

People at the reception were very pretentious. Nobody smile in there. Clean and nice confortable hotel but I would not recommend it unless you love to flash your expensive outfit.

Check in and check out was easy using the kiosks, the hotel is very nice and modern with good amenities. The hotel is not directly connected to Osaka station or Osaka-Umeda, it is another 8-10 min walk via sky bridge.
