At night time, after 9pm, they provide free soba for guest that's staying. The hotel is a nice place with public bath and daily new towels even without us asking. The laundry is a bit of a hassle but if you time it, it's great service. The laundry wash comes with detergent and fabric softener.

Great stay location 2 blocks away from Shin-Osaka station, has 2 laundry, an Onsen which is a plus after a long and tiring walked you need a Onsen to be ready for the next day of walking , free soba every night and most of all staff are so helpful . Recommend this hotel . And of course near the 7-11, Family Mart , Lawson , Pharmacy. And grocery store

In general, good hotel and I have stayed OK. One of the reasons I have chosen this hotel was that there is a spa. However I was a little bit disappointed compared with APA hotel. Spa-wise, if there was bubble bath it was much better and also towels provided were not enough. Having asked to use towel provided in the rooms also used in the spa as well. The face towel should have provided more than one.

Thank you for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the space and the modern feel of the hotel. The bathhouse was quite enjoyable with both an indoor and outdoor like bath plus the massage chairs were a nice bonus.
