Perfect Hotel

The hotel is extremely perfect with very kind staff, everything is perfect, however, there may have some security problems in the near district, Shin Imamiya, it is highly recommend that not to go outside if you are travel alone at night, esp. after 2300, and please do not go to side street.To be fair, it is not the problem for the hotel. On the other hand, it is also convenience to go to different districts in Osaka by JR or underground, as it is near JR Station, Shin Imamiya Station, and underground station Dōbutsuen-mae Station There are 2 Don Quijote (驚安の殿堂) for buying different goods, and it is also easy to go Spa World to enjoy the indoor spa (paid).

【住宿體驗總結：只求過夜的高CP值之選】 📍 位置與治安：優點：價格便宜，且非常靠近地鐵站。缺點：位於西成區附近，周邊治安環境較差，需多加留意。 🛋️ 公共設施（大堂）：設有櫃檯服務及寬敞休息區。提供微波爐、飲品機、充電位及漫畫架，亦有垃圾桶方便丟棄垃圾。 🛏️ 房內環境（3人房）：空間：極度狹小，26吋行李箱只能在門口半開。床位：單人床再加上下舖床設計，結構較不穩，上鋪翻身時容易影響到下鋪的人衛浴：普通座廁，無特殊設施。衛生：整體環境乾淨。

附近的人有點雜亂，隔音差，我住7樓，住宿的第一晚，被房間外的吵鬧聲吵醒，之後就一直睡的很不安穩。加上新今宮車站附近，治安沒有很好，每隔一段時間，就有警車或消防車的警笛聲。原本預定了5晚，第三晚我就另訂其它旅館，第4晚直接退房。整體住房感很差

料金が安いということでそこまで期待してなかったけどまず客室内に時計が無くトイレは､今どきには珍しいウォシュレット無し､シャワールームが非常に狭く快適さゼロでした｡しかもチェックインして歯磨きしようとしたら歯ブラシ歯みがき粉置いてなくこんなこと初めてでした｡値段は､リーズナブルだけど旅行する時には､おすすめでは無いです｡もうこのホテルは､二度と利用しません｡違うホテルにした方が良かったです｡

過不足なし、よかったです

泊まりでは初のエリアにつき評価が妥当かはわかりませんが、コストとのバランスも含めて総合的によかったです。部屋は広くはないがレイアウトがよいのか使いやすいです。アメニティは歯ブラシのみですがこれも立地や価格的に想定の範囲内。うっかりカードキーをインロックしてしまいましたが対応も的確にしてもらえました。西成や新世界界隈を堪能しながら夜は安全に快適に、と願うならリーズナブルでよいチョイスだと思います。

接客対応もよく予定より早く到着してしまいましたがチェックインもしてくれました。チェックアウトの後も荷物を預かっていただき助かりました。部屋は小さめでシンプルですが必要最低限な物はあるので過ごすには十分でした。駅からも近くどこに行くのも便利です。また利用したいと思いました。

惡夢的一晚

房間超小，有夠迷你，部分行李箱還必須放置在浴室才能讓走道暢通。上下鋪床板小、材質差翻身時會發出巨大聲響，隨時會擔心床垮壓人而提心吊膽，感覺很差，不會再來了
