コスパ的に、ほぼ満足

コスパ的には、ほぼ満足。敢えて言うなら、４人分の布団を敷くと、ほぼスペース無し。シャワーの圧が低めだったので、女性には少し不評。電気を消すと真っ暗なので、豆電があるとうれしい。

室内は綺麗で使いやすい。 4階だったのでスーツケースを階段で上げるのが少し大変だった。シャワーの水圧がもう少し強い方がよかった。

設備と場所について

　数日滞在ではなく、洗濯機（洗剤あり。）、キッチン（鍋、スプーン等）があり、少し長期的な滞在に向いたものです。設備もきれいでした。　また、機会ががあれば利用したいと思います。　自動車利用の便は良いとは言えませんが、駅が直ぐそばにあるところが良かったです。

아주 맘에 들었습니다.

숙소도 굉장히 깨끗하고 , 직원분도 매우 친절하셨습니다. 다만 난바역이나 신사이바시역이랑 조금 멀어서 막차때문에 자유롭게 돌아다니는데 약간 제약이있습니다. 동네는 조용하고 이뻐서 사진도 많이 찍었습니다. 방은 약간 좁은감이 있습니다. 하지만 화장실부터 모든곳이 다깨끗하고 맘에 들었습니다. 온수도 잘나와서 좋았습니다.

난카이사철 이시즈가와역에서 매우 가까움.

깨끗한 숙소였으나 겨울바닥난방이 안 되어있어서 매우추웠음. 히터도 24시간 가동한다고 했으나 오사카 방문당시 추운날씨라 그런지 따뜻한건 별로... 이시즈가와역에서는 매우 가까윘음.간사이 쓰루패스이용하면 좋을듯.어른 4명 예약했으나 매트 4개 깔기는 조금 버거윘음(좁음). 세탁기도 구비되어 있고 욕실도 있고 추운것 빼고는 좋았음.

チェックインの時間を伝え忘れて行ってしまったのですが、管理人さんがすぐに対応してくださりました。キッチン用品もたくさんあるので材料さえ持っていけば何でも作れそうです。炊飯器はある部屋とない部屋があるみたいなので、使うなら先に連絡した方がよいと思います。ホテル近くにローソンもあり、使いやすいホテルだと思います。

小さな子供がいる家族にも最適でした。

初めてアパートメントを利用しましたが、ホテルに泊まるよりも快適でした。部屋もとても綺麗で洗濯機も浴室乾燥機もあって便利でした。また利用したいと思います。
