be prepared for cultural shock. We arrived 10 minutes before check in time and they ask us to wait for those 10 minutes; I mean they could of take our information during those 10 minutes, instead we just sat awkwardly in the lobby with other guest watching the staff do nothing. The room was very small additionally, they don't clean unless you are ask for it, overall the place looks run down. The only good thing is that was very well located near to a metro station.

My stay at the hotel was great i would definitely recommend it. If i could sugest one thing is to perhaps have softer pillows. I found them to hard and it gave me a stiff neck.

It's too noisy, there is a construction nearby and i wasnt notified of it, and was agiven a room right next to it, the noise starts around 7am, i couldnt sleep properly and the noise continue during the day.

This hotel does not have sound proof windows. Traffic and ambulance sounds like your window is basically opened even being on the 11th floor. Cannot stay at this hotel again!!

Relatively close to public transport (15 min from JR, 2 min from metro) and there's a Donki within 15 min walk. :) Plenty of convenient stores and 24 hr. fast food places around. the only thing is this APA doesn't have public baths like the other APA hotels I've stayed at.

Beware of the stinky manager I asked him free breakfast because I payed for breakfast and when i went down in the morning there was literally nothing to eat. Next day same thing. I asked to talk to him again he told me no. What do you want ?? Listen to me stinky japanese. Go and work on the streets and not with customers in hotel. Food was disgustingly bad. I never encountered something like that in whole japan. STAY AWAY !
