This property is located just across the street from the beach on A1A and includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The pool is a welcoming feature. Great ocean views from the condo. Listen to the waves crashing on the shore at night. Enjoy a nice afternoon or evening on the balcony listening to the ocean. Wake up to the ocean view from your bedroom. Want to go to the beach, we provide 2 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella, beach towels. Provided in the kitchen is a toaster, coffee pot, pot/pans, silverware, dishes, glassware, cooking utensils, manual can opener, iron and ironing board. You can sleep in comfort on a King or Queen bed. Also included is bath towels/wash cloths for both bathrooms. There is a flat screen TV in the living room. Two (2) minute walk to the beach. We spent 10 weeks in the condo It was wonderful The condo is in pristine condition and the host Jim endeavors to make your stay comfortable and stress free. He responded in a very timely fashion to our queries and was a great host. the complex is quiet and very quiet and the year round residents are friendly and welcoming.

Comfort, convenience and ocean view.

Nicely furnished, comfortable condo in great location. Well-equipped kitchen. We loved being so close to the beach. Neighborhood is nice for walking. Grocery store and other shopping just 5 minutes away. Check-in information was incorrect, but this should be fixed by now.

This 2nd floor Condo is easy access directly off the elevator, which is next to the pool. Great ocean views. It is well equipped and clean.
