Peaceful and private vacation rental on the pond! This charming 3 bedroom (king, queen, full), 3 bathroom home in Orleans has a great sunny open space for the whole family to relax in. The living room offers beautiful views of the pond, with oversized windows and skylights filling the room with sunshine. Both a TV room and a den allows everyone to spread out and get comfortable. Upstairs brings you to 2 bedrooms (King, full) that share a full bath. The 3rd bedroom is a guest suite found over the garage, that offers privacy with its own staircase just off the kitchen. Central AC and wireless internet to keep you cool and connected on those hot summer days. The views of Uncle Israel's Pond from virtually every room, are tranquil and lovely. While the pond is not suited for swimming, there are 2 kayaks on the property to use, or you can even rent paddle boards. This rental includes a "Welcome Bag" for tenants staying in season. Lovely

My family and I stayed here with friends for the first time over the Fourth of July holiday, and we all had a wonderful experience. The process was seamless from start to finish, and the home is lovely. Our friends took advantage of the kayaks on the pond behind the property, and we all enjoyed the view and the overall comfort of the home. The inclusion of linens and towels was a helpful touch. The location was perfect for so much of what my family has always enjoyed in the Cape without sacrificing peace and quiet. I recommend this house without reservation.
