It was nice overall. Staff was friendly. They did a good job decorating. But the rooms were very musty. They smell like they need dehumidifiers. Everything felt damp. And there was an outdoor bar that never opened while we were there and we were there Thursday-Sunday. The hot tub was also closed but the site didn’t disclose that. The area is good. Lots of places to shop and eat within walking distance.

It's a family friendly environment. Relaxing, clean and inviting hotel. The staff are exceptional at customer service and they ensure the hotel is beautiful as well as safe. The place is not as nice as it was in the photos. The people were nice. The room needs some work that is for sure. AC worked but the room was still muggy. You have to pay $10.00 to park your vehicle at the hotel which I thought was crazy. It did its purpose for one night but will not use this facility again.

I am surprised the reviews are so good for this property. The room had a sour/mildew smell upon entry. The sheets were damp/wet. We got to the room at 2am and check in would have been at 4pm, so it makes no sense how the sheets were still so damp. Didn’t say anything because by 2am we were exhausted and just needed to get to sleep. Adding insult to injury, after waking up from sleeping on wet sheets all night there was no coffee in the room. I have stayed in all kinds of hotels all over…this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I would not ever stay again. It is close to the parks but so are many others. THIS PLACE IS CHEAP FOR A REASON. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE GOOD REVIEWS.
