There was a day I got up late, and it was not a breakfast time. But the lady works in the kitchen I guess, she still gave me some food and also asked me what else I wanted. Very appreciate it!

The television had a glitch where every couple of minutes (I'm not exaggerating), it made a loud scratching sound and the sound cut out (maybe the picture did too, I don't remember) for a second or two. EXTREMELY ANNOYING. Also, the picture appeared as if it were in standard definition. Very poor and blurry. Also, several network channels were unavailable. We had stayed here a week prior and that was also the case and the tv in that room actually became uncontrollable by either the remote or the buttons on the tv. The only way you could turn it off was by unplugging it and if plugged back up, it turned itself Back on. The room shown on Expedia's site that I booked (and also shown on the hotel site) was a suite that slept up to 6 (didn't need that many fortunately) but when I went back to the desk to complain, they said that suites did not exist in that hotel and there was no such room. They would not give me a price break or any other form of accommodation for this. Expedia did give me a $25 credit the next day when I told them but to post a picture of a room not at that hotel and also sell it as a suite that doesn't exist is wrong! Now if you just want a regular room and don't give a rip about the television, it's a good place. However, I needed the tv to watch a particular football game so it was very unsatisfactory. Please ignore the good rating I gave this place last week because I ignored the tv thing and went to a sports bar, figuring it was a one off but it wasn't.

Our check-in was fast and staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, tidy and confortable. I dare to say I've never had such a great included hotel breakfast before, it was excellent. Check out was also fast and smooth. I will definitely return to Nobile Hotel Parkway and I recommend it based on our great experience 👍

Nice, clean, staff was very friendly. Pool looked nice, but i didn't have a chance to get in. The shuttles to the parks were limited, only certain parks at certain times, so you may have to use multiple shuttles/buses to get where you want.

Just not a nice place…rundown no real amenities yet they charge you $27 a night. No ice machine, soap is from dollar store, towels are like sandpaper. AC is old and noisy. No value even though it’s on the cheaper side.

The hotel seems to be in a good area and staff were friendly. Upon arrival, I was charged a hefty nightly resort fee not mentioned on Expedia or brought to my attention anywhere before booking or arrival. Easy to Uber out of with breakfast included in said resort fee. A/C unit was a bit noisy through the night but no complaints otherwise.

The water pressure for the shower was terrible. Not sure if it was time of day but every time I showered it was limited water and pressure. Also, the shower towels could be bigger, they were very light weight. Staff were great, always friendly and helpful. The rooms were always clean and tidy. Breakfast was great! Maybe switch up between bacon and sausage, add sliced fruit and granola. Overall it was good value.
