Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Couldnt even get a hold of management. Said to check in from 4:00 P.M. untill 12:00 A.M. I was never able to check in or speak to anyone. The phone number they have is an international one and no matter the time of day you call it will send you straight to voice mail. I booked three months in advance. Not even the expedia team could get a hold of these folks. Worst hotel experience of my life. Thank god I showed up on time and Expedia’s great customer service team was able to book me a room in a different place, otherwise I would have had to sleep in my car.
