The hotel is poorly maintained. The room bed had hairs and found a tick or similar animal in the bed. I asked the ladies to change the sheets by the time I return to the room and they never went. I was given a different room. The breakfast was poorly and the smell in the breakfast room was not pleasant.

Visited on Memorial Day long weekend. Great place if you want to stay close to Universal Parks, Indian restaurants - Bawarchi, Tamara, also really close to Ripley's Believe it or Not, Madam Tussades, Titanic, etc. Shopping areas are also close by. There is complimentary breakfast and swimming pool. Also, Mariana from staff was very helpful.

Do not stay at this hotel it got roaches, some days it had hot water and some days it did not , i stayed 6 days and no house keeping no one cleaned the room , i went to the front desk and complained several times. Do NOT STAY HERE

The first room I was checked into had a few minor issues (TV had no sound and shower wasn’t draining) but once I told the front desk about it they switched me to another room and had no issues. Overall great place to stay in a fantastic location!
