Was there 7 days had no Hot water for showers any day. We had no house keeping had to keep going to front desk for towels and toilet paper asked everyday for house keeping NEVER got it. Had a roach in bathroom bigger then a quarter it was just a bad stay all together

The ceiling was damp and the room was overpowered with air freshener, which affected our breathing and gave me instant headache. One of the bed linen had what looked like body fluid soiled in the middle. I asked for change of room but didn't get it. As it was already nearly midnight when we checked in we had no choice but to stay as we had a child with us.

They changed us 20 dollars to check in early and she took 100 deposit. She put us in 10 minutes walking to the room. The hotel smells so bad. The hotel have cockroach in it. They have only one elevator and it’s so far from our room that big hotel they only have one elevator? I don’t recommend at all I adults will give them 0 stars the lady on desk she’s sitting on the corner with her phone. She don’t care about anyone.

Spent one night, woke up to zero hot water for a shower and no resolution. Apparently the maintenance man had the day off. Needless to say, I skipped a shower today, can you smell me from here? 😂
