Air conditioner was so loud we had to turn it off, toilet felt like it was going to fall over when you sat on it and there was absolutely no hot what when we tried to take showers. Whole building was filthy. When informed staff about the issues they just shrugged their shoulders.

been here about 4-5 times now every time we pass by orlando and never any complaints! everything’s always clean and tidy. great area there’s a mcd and a wawa right across the street. would be nice if they upgraded to even the cheapest of smart tvs instead of just satellite channels but maybe i’m just asking too much.

I hate to leave a negative review because the front desk staff was very kind and professional. However, this hotel was a total disaster. I stayed with my daughters for one night for a concert and chose this place to save money—big mistake. The entire hotel smells like fumigation chemicals mixed with marijuana. The carpets are extremely dirty, to the point where you can’t even tell their original color. All the furniture was broken or poorly fixed—inside the room, in the bathroom, and even outside. The beds were in terrible condition, there were barely any working outlets to charge our phones, and everything felt neglected. The pillows smelled awful, the sheets were dirty, and the room had a strong chlorine and bleach odor on top of everything else. I did not feel comfortable, safe, or at ease at any moment
