Found hair in my bed, shower, and on my pillows. Room is not insulated so I was woken up several times by yelling in the hallway. Only good thing was the guy who checked me in at the front desk and had good customer service. Overall though, I would not recommend.

The advertisement and building is night and Pluto. I asked my room cleaned. Three days nothing. The bed made noise when i moved. The base of the bed was taped together. The towels smelled like dont use them.Dust was so thick on"decor" i could spell my first middle and last name. Breakfast was make your own waffle, cereal, and regular bag bread. I regret booking there. I called other places but the prices were ridiculous because, per the hotel/motel" was last minute. Idont what they are spending money on but they need to invest in a demolition and start from scratch. I am far beyond disappointed. I will have to disinfect my body and clothes. I keep all my clothes and hygiene in the suitecase. I purchased towels and washcloths from a store. My feet never touched the floor. I would wear swimmer shoes in the shower. That place was the only thing that ruined my birthday.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at this hotel. The location and price are good but the rooms are not great. The beds are not very comfortable and I struggled to find an electrical outlet that worked. We stayed for 6 nights. There was no housekeeping unless you asked for it. I just felt icky after staying at this hotel. The worst part is now they are not refunding our $100 incidental deposit because they said we smoked in the room but we are not smokers and absolutely did not smoke in the room! They never called to tell me I wasn't getting out deposit back. I only noticed because I was checking my credit card statement. This makes me wonder if the whole place is a SCAM!

Outside looked good. Inside very dated. Not super clean. Had little bugs in the bathroom. Highlight is the location which was close to everything we wanted to cover in Orlando.

Staff was nice. Good Location to the Parks. Room was ok for my needs but could use updates and some repairs. No security cameras in the parking lot outside. Park is free. If you were looking you could find signs of past guest from things on the counter tops and floors and in the shower. The AC worked good and the Breakfast was basic with waffles, bread, juice, milk, but no fruit 2 out of my 3 days visiting. Based on price I would return to this hotel but for those who want to pay more I'm sure you could find another hotel in better condition nearby.
