Approximately 1,190 square feet, this spaciously warm and homey Two-Bedroom Suite features 1 King Bed in the master bedroom, 2 full Beds in the guest room, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living area including a kitchen, dining room and two separate bathrooms. Maximum of 6 occupants.

PARKING POLICY
Parking is available for guests at no charge
One vehicle permitted per reservation. Resort prohibits parking of commercial, oversized vehicles, boats, RVs and trailers.

PET POLICY
No pets allowed. Subject to $300 fine.

SMOKING POLICY
No smoking inside, including electronic cigarettes. Subject to $300 fine, unless if it's in a designated area.

PLEASE BE AWARE
The resort does not permit the use of hoverboards, skateboards, rollerblades/skates or bikes. There is a Florida State law that prohibits the use of a drone to capture an image of privately owned property or the owner, tenant, or occupant of such property without consent if a reasonable expectation of privacy exists.

Room/room number will be assigned during check in.

Upon check-in a VALID ID and credit card for a $100 Pre-Authorization will be required. Cash is not accepted. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.
