This 2-bedroom rental in Kissimmee is just 1 mile from Walt Disney and only 14 miles from Universal. This home has been completely renovated as of May 2017 with all brand new furniture and linens. This gated community is ideal for families and features plenty of updated, modern conveniences. Take advantage of the many on-site resort amenities including a swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, tennis and basketball courts, and a fully-equipped game room with a pool table and air hockey

Plan for that next exciting Florida family vacation at this pristine, two-level townhouse with full kitchen, furnished balcony, and several Oakwater amenities including a swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, and fun-filled game room. The master suite has a plush king-size bed and an attached bath while the guest room has two twins. With two bedrooms, a queen-size sofa bed in the living room, and two full baths, this home sleeps up to six guests quite comfortably. The well-equipped, full kitchen has plenty of prep space, drawers and cabinets containing a host of essential cookware and dinnerware, and an array of appliances including a range, refrigerator, microwave oven, and dishwasher to help you keep things nice and tidy during your stay.

This property was great for my small family of 3, if your destination is Disney this is the PERFECT location, we were literally 10 mins away. There’s a Walmart conveniently located right next door. Located in a gated subdivision and extremely convenient location to Disney parks, shopping, & dining. Excellent price. Well kept & clean. Slept wonderfully both nights. Check-in at the clubhouse was easy. My only suggestion is to make sure you bring the appropriate charging blocks as there are no USB outlets, but it was not an inconvenience. Would absolutely stay here again in the future!!
