The Space:

Morning light filters through the windows as the house slowly comes to life, inviting you to linger over coffee or share a laugh in the game room before the day’s adventures begin. By evening, the patio beckons with the glow of the pool and hot tub, while the indoor tiki bar offers a relaxed spot for a nightcap with friends or family. Every corner of this spacious villa is designed for groups to spread out, gather, and unwind together.



Sleeping arrangements

The villa sleeps up to 15 guests across seven bedrooms. Downstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, a second primary bedroom also offers a king bed with its own ensuite. Three additional bedrooms each contain a queen bed. One bedroom includes a full bunk bed, and a themed bedroom provides a twin bunk bed plus an extra twin bed. Several full bathrooms and Jack & Jill connections give flexibility for larger groups.



Indoor living

Two distinct living areas let you choose how to relax—watch movies on a large screen in one room or challenge each other in the game room, which holds a pool table and a game console. A sound system carries music throughout the home, and an indoor tiki bar adds a playful touch for casual drinks. Heating and air conditioning keep the space comfortable year‑round, and WiFi with a dedicated workspace supports both leisure and remote work.



Kitchen & dining

A fully equipped kitchen opens to two dining areas, making it easy to prepare breakfast, share a family dinner, or enjoy a quick snack. The layout encourages conversation while you cook, and ample counter space lets everyone pitch in.



Outdoor space & resort access

Step onto the patio where outdoor furniture frames views of the pool and hot tub, perfect for a midday dip or an evening soak under the stars. As guests of Solara Resort you also have access to a gym and additional shared facilities. Exterior security cameras monitor the porch, lanai, pool area, and parking for peace of mind.

A washer and dryer, free on‑site parking, and a private entrance streamline daily life. The villa welcomes pets, so the whole household can stay together. Long‑term stay options are available for extended visits.

Located in Kissimmee’s Solara Resort, the villa sits a short drive from Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld, offering a comfortable base for exploring the area while providing ample space to relax together after each day’s excitement.

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities.



The Neighborhood:

The Solara Resort Grand Clubhouse features an expansive water complex. A wave simulator offers a perfect opportunity to learn how to surf, or, if you are a seasoned surfer, show off your skills. The little ones will prefer the splash pad for some fun in the sun. Why not join them and let your inner child come out to play? When it’s time to take a break everyone will love to cool off with an ice-cream from the Solara Resort ice-cream parlor or a cold drink from the bar by the pool.



Solara Resort includes a basketball court, volleyball court, tennis court and a full-size soccer field. If you’re not a sports-fan but like to stay in shape, you can work out in the large fitness center at the clubhouse.



At the end of the day, you might find your teens at the teen hangout center where they have already made new friends. If they’re not ready to leave just yet, that’s fine too; hungry tummies will soon find their way over to the bar & grill where you’re already chilling with a drink.



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available.

Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
