The atmosphere at Spot X was comfortable and very clean and the staff especially Marisela the front receptionist was really customer oriented, made me want to stay at this hotel whenever I visit Orlando or anywhere else this hotel is based.

I had a negative experience with a front desk worker I had two reservations I wanted help with . She checked me out then made me wait behind several customers before checking me back in for my second reservation. With the second incident this staff member wasn’t even at the front desk. She screamed to me in passing in the lobby if I was going to check out in front of all the other customers. This experience was disheartening and I feel like she didn’t want me at the property.

Everything was okay. Simple. Rooms are not noise free. We could hear people outside door walking by, people walking above us. No bath mat when you get out of shower. Shower door seals were hanging loose at bottom. Not enough hooks in bathroom.

I came with my boyfriend and our service dog and everything was great. I wish they didn’t have put us in the room close to where they do laundry because all night was a lot of noise. Besides that, everything was good!
