Construction: There is currently construction taking place across the lake from the property. While not on-site, you may occasionally notice activity or intermittent daytime noise.
Parking Restrictions: Per resort regulations, trucks, commercial vehicles, trailers, boats, jet skis, and similar recreational vehicles are not permitted on the property.
Resort Amenities: The home is located within a resort community with shared amenities (pool, fitness center, elevators, etc.). These are managed by the HOA and may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or repairs.
General: While we strive to provide a seamless experience, circumstances outside of our control (such as the above) do not qualify for refunds.
Pets & Service Animals: This is a strictly pet-free home due to severe allergy concerns. Service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable laws and platform policies. We kindly ask that guests inform us in advance if they will be traveling with a service animal so we can help ensure a comfortable stay. Please see the House Rules section for additional details.
