Lovely house but communications issues, harsh rules.Most important to us:. Comfy beds. Comfy couches, 4 recline. Host communication not as good as most. Great initial replies. Once booked got contract and very long messages with lots of rules not in listing, things that didn’t apply to this house. Although they replied promptly, some messages came only as emails from rental agency that were hard to find.Also great:. Ample comfy dining chairs. Plenty of couch & dining seating . Ample towels, many sizes. Plenty of dishware, cookware. Lovely master shower. Good counterspace by bathroom sinks. Nice pool with lights, lounges, outdoor dining table & chairs. Near grocery stores. Drive to parks as statedNot as great:. We’re OK taking out trash weekly but they don't remove heavy stuff. Even before we had trash the bin was very heavy and hard to roll across grass, hubby's back was out for remainder of stay, had to see Dr at home.. Rules felt oppressive, long list of things caused a fine (eg eat on couch, put trash in bin without bag). No overhead lights or ceiling fans in most rooms. Ice maker didn't work. Was told there’d be welcome book, ceiling fans, pool alarm, more that wasn’t there. No use of advertised garage, told only for long-term guests. Said would charge for heating pool until I reminded host the title/overview of listing said FREE Pool Heat, was essentially told they’d charge people who didn’t notice
