Please don’t stay here. Room are old and mildew.

Please, please, don’t go here. I don’t ever leaves review because I’m in business as well, but this i have to say something. I paid $100 for the night and the experience was not good. The lobby smell nice and clean, the hotel itself is worn down, mildew with a musky smell. The room carpet was so damp and smell horrible that it soaked into the bedsheets. I check in from the airport at 12 am hoping to have a good night sleep but have to check out at 4am because the smell was horrible that it give me a headache. I couldn’t even close my eye. As business owner I understand feedback matters so I informed the desk receptionist, I didn’t want the discount or anything, just at least an I’m sorry you didn’t have good experience and we will adjust the matter so this won’t happen again. No! nothing, it was like you take it or leave it, we don’t care.

So I'll begin with the front desk clerk. She was very friendly and tried helping me as much as she possibly could. When I drove around the building closer to my room, the door seemed broken and just opened without my room key. This seemed alarming because I saw what looked like a homeless man walking around in the parking lot and I didn't feel safe. I rolled my luggage up to my room and once I opened the door there was a strong pungent odor in the room. As i continued inside it became evident that the smell may be due to old rugs. I immediately placed my luggage inside the tub to prevent my belongings from smelling like the room and began looking for another place to stay. I checked out an hour and half later only because i had a meeting scheduled 10 minutes after I checked in. They told me at checkout out that I had to be charged for the night because of how long I was there before I decided to checkout. I was disappointed and expected a prorated charge but all I was offered was to stay the night but I declined. Once I got to my new hotel in the Wyndham group, i showered and separated those clothes, as they still smelled like the room. I would not recommend staying here on vacation or to relax and have a great time 😒.

room was freezing we attempted to use the heat to warm it up a bit. Dirt and burnt smell came out of heat so we turned it off. We had to get sweaters it took hours for the room to be at a decent temperature. Bathroom was dirty.

Clean, pleasant staff. Coin laundry, pool, modest fitness center. Somewhat outdated with rusty fixtures etc but no functional issues. Quiet, great AC units. Great for short stay especially for large families.

We were only staying a night thank goodness. The cleanliness of this hotel was bad. There was mold in the bathroom, dirty bed linens, broken glass, a cockroach and a dead frog. The location is very confirmed for an early flight but we won't stay here again
