The property is located on Spring Lake (a gated community,) has its own private entrance, 2 private balconies & a designated parking space for your vehicle. Shopping, Restaurants and Mall only 5 minutes away! Only 30 minutes away from beautiful natural springs, 17 minutes from Downtown Orlando and 35 minutes from Universal and Disney Parks! This 2nd level, 1 (king) bed and 1 bath is perfect for a romantic getaway. Homeowners are on-site. High Speed Internet.
There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, a stovetop, and a microwave. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and an iron/ironing board.
