Additionally, you are 25 minutes from Orlando's most desirable Theme parks Disney World, Epic Universal, Universal studio, Island of Adventure, and many more. 20 mins to downtown, 40 minutes to coco beach, 40 mins to NASA, 20 mins to Wekiva state park/springs.
