I booked this stay specifically for a king-size bed, but when I arrived, we were given two twin beds instead. When I called the front desk, they told me that Expedia didn’t inform them of the room type and that they had overbooked. I’m not sure whether the issue was on Expedia’s end or the hotel’s, but the situation felt like a bait-and-switch. Unfortunately, this makes me hesitant to stay here again because I can’t trust that I’ll receive the room I actually reserved.
