We stayed at Rosen Plaza for a conference. It was very convenient since there is a bridge that directly connects to the convention center. The hotel had great food options including a deli that was open till 11. Overall, we had a great time and highly recommend this hotel!

The front desk staff was unfriendly. The room is small and dated. No upgrad, nor an offer. Had to pay for parking. No VIP treatment despite nearly $400 for one night. Very disappointing

The room was extremely noisy. The hallway had no buffer when people came through. You could hear the whole conversation people above walking like elephants. It was extremely noisy. People on both sides kept bumping the wall very noisy place. It needs some insulation. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The view was nice. The front desk was OK but could be a little friendlier.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! Check-in was quick and efficient, and the staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the entire property felt well-maintained. The location is perfect—close to everything we needed, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions.
