Amazing beds for rest, good breakfast. The staff was polite. In the room it could be better to change the towels at least once during the stay. I only had one problem at check-in. As a Silver member, I should have had free parking, but the person at the check-in told me I had to pay for it and request a refund through Hotels.com. They said their screen didn't say anything about it. I asked them to show me their screen, and it was in Spanish, indicating that I had free parking. These notices should be displayed in the language of the country you're visiting. When I translated the information for them, they said they didn't know Spanish and that, in that case, I did have free parking.

The place is beautiful ,rooms are spacious ,breakfast was good , staff was so nice from front desk to maintenance guy who changed a light bulb ,TJ in the kitchen was so nice with the kids that they wanted to go back just to see him ..stood with two adults and 4 kids ,double beds two tvs and a sofa bed ,microwave and fridge and extra sink by living room area …only disappointing part was that the pool was closed huge I will definitely stay again but only if the pool is open

The room was a good size, however there was hair everywhere. It was all over the floor in every room and stuck to our socks and shoes. Very gross. The breakfast was inedible. Staff was cranky and couldn’t answer our simple questions. We left after the first night to move hotels because of our disappointment, so I’m unable to rate the pool and splash pad. Wouldn’t recommend.

The night of check in, our original room would not lock so we had to change rooms. Once we got to our original room, I put my clothing away in a drawer, specifically remembering the room and what drawer it was in. I forgot on the day of check out which was today to remove it from the middle drawer underneath the mirror of our room. When I called to possibly have it returned, hotel said it wasn’t there, yet it wasn’t in my suitcase or my partners. It was left in the drawer of the room. Housekeeping either kept it or nobody looked for it. Overall hotel was nice but the fact that my clothing got stolen by housekeeping possibly not the best experience.

The sheet were not clean. I took a picture of the stain sheets. Presented to the customer service. They said they will have someone come and replace the sheets. When I came back from my outing the sheets were never removed. I complained again. The housekeeping came and gave me another sheets that were not the same. Sheets were white and gave me blue sheets. Still not satisfied. They left the dirt sheets in the room and never came to take out the trash. I never had this bad of an experience for a hotel. Sorry would not recommend this hotel. Staff were nice but house keeping could do better.

Okay room. We did have ants by the sink and room also smelt like cigarettes/ smoke after being cleaned which was unfortunate cause we were out all day. Did like how it was updated / modern in the room. Beware you can heat everything inside the room!! Overall it was an okay room.

This was a great find! Hotel is spotless, modern, comfortable and all around wonderful. The staff was nice, lobby area is welcoming, pool area has cabanas and a separate kiddie pool area. Breakfast was plentiful and dining area was clean and staff continuously cleaning tables and making sure everything was in order. Room was nice and clean as well as spacious, ours had a small table with a sofa bed, a divider "barn door", a king bed. Bathroom has a shower and everything was spotless. Sink area is outside the bathroom which is a plus for me to be able to do my makeup etc.. if anyone was showering. Bed was comfortable as were the pillows. Plenty of towels and a hair dryer in the room. No coffee maker in the room, but for me that's a plus, it keeps the room clean and forces one to get out early. Hotel has 7 floors and the only problem for me was that there was only one elevator working, hopefully that is not the case all the time but it was during our 2 day stay. The hotel offers plenty of self parking and I believe there is a nightly fee for that. It is close to Universal and the outlet mall as well but you do need a car, I don't believe they have shuttle service to the parks. One recommendation to travelers, please take care of the places where you stay so that everyone can enjoy them for a long time.
