Conveniently located in the first phase of the Margaritaville resort within a short walk to the hotel, spa, dog park and Sunset Walk; the new dining, shopping district!

Access to Margaritaville’s resort and its amenities is not included with this rental.

With your stay, you have walkable access to the entire downtown area called Sunset Walk which includes many restaurants, shopping, entertainment and a waterpark called "Island H2O". Most of our guests purchase tickets to this attraction with the money they save from not having to pay a resort fee and lower nightly rates :)
