Arrived to a room without air conditioning. After contacting the front desk. It took them over 2 hours with an extremely insufferable, rude, and nasty attitude to remedy the situation. We could hear them snickering and talking sh$t as they gave us the run around for hours. I’ve never been more disgusted in my life with customer service/staff of any establishment in my life. If I wasn’t a civilized, grown up, with children. I would have thrown hands.

The property is beautiful when you arrive. The front desk seemed a little confused at check in and it took a long time to get our room key. The suite was very large but the decor was very outdated. Very disappointed that the hot tub in our room was not capable of filling up with warm water. Maintenance did look at and said that it’s a constant issue. The pools were very clean and nice. Very private

The property was nice, rooms were clean. However maintenance was horrible. We had no hot water in the shower and smoke detectors had no batteries and was beeping all night. They need to do a better job at maintaining the units.
